In-House Facilitator Training

We welcome the opportunity to add Process Triage techniques to your in-house facilitator capabilities.

Each facilitator is "hand built" by us. We typically include your candidate in one of your workshops as an observer, with an expectation that we will coach them as they facilitate two or three subsequent workshops.

We reserve the right to decline a candidate if we do not think they are suited for it. The most important competency is being able to facilitate and lead the workshop. Process Triage mapping techniques are secondary, but require coaching.

We must also be assured that the Process Triage® brand and intellectual property is respected.

Are you a candidate Process Triage facilitator?

The best candidates...

...are "quants" with people skills, meaning they are very analytical but can also teach and coach.

... are familiar with the facilitator's body of knowledge and group facilitation techniques.

... have facilitated at least 100 workshops where process problem analysis was the focus. They should not be a novice.

... have senior / executive level consulting experience.
