Process Triage Workshops are billed on a per business day rate.

The 1-Day Basic Workshop: Two billed days, one day for facilitation and one for documentation, printing, and sponsor meetings.

The 2-3 Day Advanced Workshop: Estimate one or two facilitated days and one day post-workshop documenting, publishing, and conferencing. The agenda is the same as the basic workshop, except the 1st period Process Triage Mapping is extended to the time necessary to document Logical CRUD Transactions. Budget a full day for a previously mapped triage map or two days if starting from a blank wall. The facilitator will know after two hours of mapping what the probable total amount of time will be based on the initial information intake rate.

Day rate fees are typical for professional training and consulting. The day rate is based on the number of participants, the size of the client, and the number of workshops scheduled. International all-day travel days are billed at half the day rate. We want a relationship with your company, not just one successful workshop, so we'll work with you.

Clients cover incidental travel expenses such as airfare (coach class), lodging, rental car and meals, which are invoiced at cost (no mark-up) if Process Triage makes the arrangements. Air travel over 6 hours will be business class (based on published arrival and departure times).

TERMS: Payment due upon receipt of invoice. Retainer invoices are mailed monthly and will note remaining days.
