Rosey has facilitated high performance teams for twenty years, specializing in business modeling, worflow design and workflow problem root cause analysis.
His brings over 20,000 hours of actual team facilitation expertise gained in over 800 workflow design and improvement workshops, task forces, and facilitator training opportunities.
His process triage skills were developed by working shoulder-to-shoulder with thousands of executives, managers, and subject matter experts across a wide spectrum of processes.
His career path includes twenty years at Sprint Corporation and private consulting world-wide. He is a former US Army Ranger.
