Our Ideal Client

Our ideal client is an operationally focused executive who includes kaisen or continuous process improvement as a pillar of their managment foundation.

They are responsible for a complex, high value workflows. His or her business process typically has organizational silos, insufficient IT systems, talented but unsynchronized managers and a compelling need to execute better. This executive recognizes there are more improvement opportunities than resources and welcomes a proven way to prioritize resource requests that have both strategic objective alignment and subordinate manager input and buy-in.

The ideal client is passionate about developing subordinate leaders, individually and as team members.

Successful process triage requires a team of expert individual contributors who work in the process as a primary job and who have the executive owner's confidence that, if provided the right venue, will nominate actionable improvement ideas and deliver them if resources are allocated.

The workflow may be existing or proposed. Process triage mapping for a proposed process requires at subject matter expert familiarity with each deliverable in the process.

Process Triage Workshop & Team Builder -- 1 day Basic / 2-3 day Advanced

Our Process Triage™ Synchronization Workshops are superb team builders that generate bottoms-up action items and project ideas that, if implemented, deliver the changes necessary to accomplish the leader's objectives.

We accomplish the following, in typically two days (or four half-days, based on your participant availability):

1. We map your team's process in a style ideally suited for Process Triage and synchronization analysis.
2. We perform situational analysis examinations that clarify the operational circumstances.
3. We reaffirm your strategic direction and objectives (you'll lead this part).
4. We identify your process' points-of-pain that, if removed, help achieve your objectives.
5. From these points-of-pain, we nominate Small Now action items and Big Now candidate projects. Every participant now understands everyones' responsibilities, expectations, and to-do list, and why.

Rosey has facilitated high performance teams for twenty years, specializing in team building, business modeling, workflow design and workflow problem root cause analysis.

His brings over 20,000 hours of actual team facilitation expertise gained in over 800 workflow design and improvement workshops, task forces and facilitator training opportunities.

His process triage skills were developed by working shoulder-to-shoulder with thousands of executives, managers, and subject matter experts across a wide spectrum of processes. The company's business model and methods reproduce his results.

His career path includes twenty years at Sprint Corporation and private consulting world-wide. He is a former US Army Ranger.
